Dry white, PGI Achaia.

Vineyard:
Mountain vineyards (700-800m.) around the vineyard of M.Spileo.
In the winery:
Extratcion with marc for 4-6 hours, followed by controlled fermentation at low temperatures in small stainless steel tanks. Maturation on the thin mud for about 4 weeks.
Characteristics:
Yellow green color. Good intensity aromas of flowers, herbs, unripe and exotic fruits. Cool and crisp in the mouth with good volumen and fruity finish.
Food pairings:
White cheese, green salads with sweet sauces, seafood white meats and fried snacks.

A delightfully fresh, white wine with excellent mouth feel that “irritates” the nose and palate with exotic fruit aromas of pineapple and kiwi, and a strong backbone of citrus like aromas typical of the Roditis variety. Certain minerality comes from the typicity of the region.
Though this wine is not a wine for long aging it is a medium body young wine, very fruity and mellow. Its aroma is characteristic of the distinctive aroma of its variety and reminds of bell pepper, red fruits, honey, cocoa and coffee. A warm and velvet sensation in the mouth is harmonically “disrupted” by its round - tannins.
Cabernet Sauvignon is among the most known international varieties. OENOFOROS has planted this unique variety in vineyards in the mountainous region above the town of Aigion considering the microclimate is perfect for this variety.

Bright yellow color with green hues. Peach, citrus and white flowers in the nose. Balanced in the mouth with good acidity and volume.
Pale rosé color with purple hues. Red fruits, white papper and butter in the nose. Soft with good structure and freshness in the mouth.

Pale yellow, green,colour. Intense aromas of green apple, pear, exotic fruits and some muscat notes. Very refreshing and vibrant in the mouth. Fine bubbles create a playful sense that is completed by the sweet, clear aftertaste.

Deep red color with blue highlights. Complex nose with red and black fruit syrups notes, graphite, sweet spices and vanilla. Hot and dense mouth with grainy tannins that balance the whole. Long finish of sweet spices.
Straw yellow color with green hues. White flowers, basil, white nectarine and coconut butter on the nose. In the mouth the crispy acidity is well integrated by the tannins of the barrels. Nice complexity on the palate and a long refreshing after taste.
